Channeling my inner George Costanza vibes this week as I help new clients navigate the Los Angeles housing market. News headlines may say one thing and that's ok, but I am seeing a healthy amount of activity week to week. Here's whats going on:
I am working with clients on preparing their home for a successful Spring sale and having discussions with other potential sellers about the benefits of listing while inventory is still low. There are several critical steps to take in prepping and launching a home the right way like decluttering, painting and staging for example. Just to name a few!
The buyers I am out and about with are looking to take advantage of various lending options as interest rates ticked up. It's also an opportunity for my buyer clients to seize current price reductions and seller credits if a home has been overpriced AND/OR sitting on the market.
I expect to see more homes hitting the market this Spring and I'll have some exciting updates on what I have in store real soon!
