Just when we thought that hot hot market and buyer competition was in the rear view mirror, we are seeing multiple offers a.k.a bidding wars on homes again here in Los Angeles. I haven't had to drink anyone's milkshake so to speak, but the straw is ready.
 
What goes into winning a bidding war? My approach begins with high touch communication with the listing agent, followed by carefully crafted terms to ensure SPEED and CERTAINTY for a smooth transaction. The highest price doesn't always (and shouldn't) get the milkshake.
